Honestly, I like their face mask which is really suitable for my company staff.So, I decided to contact their official company to purchase big amount stock. However, their attitude is really BAD! No people can touch up my order after payment, even I request for an official PDF invoice they also refuse to do that. Some more, my order shipping status is UNKNOWN ! This make me feel really disappointed to them. Bergamot, you are not the only one can provide face mask, if you don’t improve your customer service, you will lost your customer in the future. What’s a bad experience to due with your official company.
