★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jo is informative and will get your german car in our case a mercedes in mint condition. After years of servicing at hap seng jalan Ipoh. There was always some component missing and they were unable to rectify issues with the drive despite their technicians checking on it by driving and servicing the car while it was on warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joe & team is very service oriented. Any problems I have with the car & when Joe is contacted, he would always make arrangement. Joe is also reasonable & won't charge simply but will always provide the best options to discuss & eventually, proceed for execution when agreed. Maintaining my off warranty Golf GTI car with Berlin Autocraft is a right decision I have made, with no regrets. Only problem is, its damn far from where I stay (40 mins drive at least).
