At least a good branch of Bermaz, finally found my lifesaver Mr. M Ragu Ram, i was previously refer to Bermaz Glenmarie but the waiting is terrible even with appointment, it is the biggest Mazda centre with a lot of foreman but still keep you wait for whole day from 8am - 6pm almost every time i went. I think the people there just not efficient compare to the smallest branch. I will highly recommended this service centre to the mazda user. love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered a replacement part and waited for 3 months before me (personally) called the service center and the staff said that the ordered parts have arrived 2 months prior but they forgot to call for an appointment. Giving them a 2nd chance and ordered another parts for replacement. Again, I have to personally called the service center to follow up for the parts and surprisingly (not really) the parts already arrived a week before but they not yet set up an appointment. Not sure whether all Mazda Service Center is like this or just this branch. Now, I'm still waiting for another replacement parts from Mazda and when I called, I couldn't get thru so I decide to make this review. Wasn't expecting such bad after sales service from Mazda. I am disappointed
