★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting place. Plenty of parking. The items at the chocolate store is not as cheap as expected for factory price. Some exhibit is available however guided tours is only available for large groups, but it is free and needs to be prearranged by contacting them. Perfect for school trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "In-store shopping" is a misleading info. Don't waste your time coming here if you're looking to buy chocolate for small businesses. They only sell chocolates in bulk for trading with big businesses/shops (min 30 cartons) and it's better if you make an appointment. Staffs are friendly and helpful though. But if you live far from bangi, this is not the place to buy chocolate for self-use.
