★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to complain one of your staff who is rude, arrogant and doesn’t like his job. I went through my contractors to do the cabinets and they choose to use your company. At first everything was fine but until when after work has done and any rectification required that your this particular staff was unhappy and being rude to the customer. (My contractors don’t want to reveal his name by the way). However the vanity mirror that you did for my toilet is a very lousy job which all the doors are bend and scraping the other door when you open it. I made a complaint to my contractors about your lousy job and staff that now they have to use another cabinet maker to rectify it.

1)Ah Wai the sales person is experience, responsive, honest and patient when dealing with customer.
2) Quality of workmanship and punctuality in delivery their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found Sam and Bespoke Kitchen from numerous recommendations on Lowyat and Facebook. Decided on them for my new kitchen as their price was competitive and the quality of their cabinets just as good as those from more “big” names that I have used before.
I found Sam to be patient, soft spoken, punctual and responsible from start to finish. Needless to say, I am very pleased with my new kitchen and won’t hesitate to use Bespoke again and recommend them to friends and family. Please make sure you ask for Sam though.

Workmanship and after sales service are both fantastic. I had a pipe leakage that damaged my cabinet right after installation and the damaged piece is replaced swiftly. I highly recommend bespoke to anyone who is looking for good workmanship, professional service with good track records.
