Like many mentioned, they are really unprofessional and very inefficient. I ordered something on the 5th and by the 6th, the seller has dropped the item off in PJ. And it stayed there until the 13th May. My parcel has been sitting there for 7 days! And i am in Klang Valley only! They are so bad that items from CHINA that had to go through customs reached me first! Thats how bad they are! Decided to call their customer service hotline, really unhelpful, just told me the only thing I can do is wait. Dont waste your time if you plan to call the PJ office, no one answers! I agree with one of the comments, we should start a petition to get this courier removed from being a panel for lazada and shopee.

The worst delivery service ever. They has been keeping the parcel at Shah Alam hub for 2 weeks. I have started complaining from last week and till now they have not delivered to me. They told me they don't have resource to offload the parcel and they can not contact the hub. What kind of delivery service that can not offload parcel or contact the hub? I complained again yesterday, they continued lying about the delivery. A staff was so rude that he asked me why I did not cancel my parcel yet????

First of all, the customer service hq failed at communicating. Just imagine, she said my parcel from shah alam to gombak still ON THE ROAD for 3 days?!!! Then suddenly she changed to say that the parcel is still at the warehouse. Very very bad and lousy courier. Everyone there is lazy!

I have been waiting for my parcel for 10 days now and it still hasn't arrived. The status showed that it had arrived Kuching for 7 days now and still not received. It was missorted and sent to other hubs in Kuching. Phone number cannot be reached, and already contacted HQ customer service for few days and still nothing. If I were to order from China I would have already received the parcel. Seriously, this is LOUSIEST express not BEST express.

I find the courier service very good. My goods reached the Shah Alam office on 15 Feb and the next day it got delivered at my home in KL. On the delivery date, I called the driver Tham Weng Kai, asked him what time he delivered the goods. Initially, he said it can be delivered in mid afternoon. I told him that I will be out. Then, He made an effort to deliver for me at noon. Thank you.

Very bad experience. I dont know why shopee use this company. My parcel has been mis-sorted TWICE and i havent received it til today. They sent it to Kepong when it should be Segambut. Last wk i called staff said will sort it out. Today i checked status, again my parcel was sent back to Kepong. So frustrating. This company has no business doing delivery if that's the way they operate

Worst courier delivery service of all time!! My parcel is supposed to be delivered by 22 may but until now 28 may the parcel is still at their hub not even going to deliver it!! I have made complains to their customer service but their updates is jz from klhub deliver to kltul then no updates anymore!! How long does it take to deliver from kl to kl??? If can't do a good job in delivering den let other logistic company to do it lah!! I'm going to boycott any sellers that uses this courier service, worst service of all logistic company!!

Unfortunately my parcel is stuck during the recent flood event. So I do understand if the delivery of my parcel is being delayed due to that. However, as of today- it is already beyond the flood event and I have yet to receive my parcel. They do not answer calls, however they do respond on Facebook Messenger. Even so, they do not give you the answers to your questions. Just visit their official Facebook page. They deleted "negative" comments to maintain a positive image when in reality a lot of people are complaining about their missing/pending parcels. If you bought items from Shopee/Lazada, please file a complaint to Shopee/Lazada's customer support so they can stop using this courier service as their "delivery partner". Absolutely horrible and poor service! ===== UPDATE 17/01/2022 ===== Still haven't receive my parcel from them and also did not receive any follow-ups from them. They promised to keep me updated after 7 working days and still nothing. Ended up getting refunds from my seller (via Shopee). My item was stuck at their hub since 17/12/2021, which is 1 month already. If you're a seller, avoid this courier at all cost. Not reliable at all.
