Peram brg aku..lepastu out of delivery lepastu tiba2 recipent miss the call..bila masa kau kol aku woiii...satu miskol pun takde..kalau x mesti aku kol balik giler...
Aku kol centre..centre bg nombor rider tak dapat,bg nombor station not in service...kali ke empat kol centre..centre boleh pulak bgtau takut driver bg nombor palsu...jawapan apa aku dapat ni...
Nak maki tapi kena sabar...

I called the center..centre bg rider number I can't get, bg station number not in service ... the fourth time kol center..centre can come back because I'm afraid the driver bg fake number ... what answer can I get ...
I want to swear but be patient ...

Hotline not in service, Iโve called to HQ even HQ says they donโt have their branches contact, have to wait delivery time only will be contact by delivery in charged. When the only thing I want is to do rearrangement of pick up parcel. How you guys actually work????? What if parcel is lost? What if this and that? I x paham ni.. what business are you running when nothing works well for customer.

โ โ โ โ โ This is my wife's parcel. Yesterday(29/03/22)the DRIVER17 had sent wrongly to my neighbor's house(House address is BG6). Luckily this morning, my neighbor brought this parcel to my house and said that the DRIVER17 had send wrongly. You called your Company the "Best Express" but I don't think it so. Please upgrade your Service and don't let the Customer feel disappointed to your Company.
