★ ★ ★ ★ ★ contact number is not working, delivery is so slow... my friend is using the same company Best Express but different branch which is Batu Pahat one, Batu Pahat is so fast that the parcel out for delivery in the next day while Seremban 2 really really slow... pending for few days also not ready to out for delivery. Please improve these problems please

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not the workers nor the business owners, I'm just sharing my recent experience, two delivery was extremely fast, both my friends received the parcel the next day, and the staffs at counter are helpful and friendly, wondering why all the bad comments? You should really try out yourself and judge

I ordered banner from China. The parcel landed to Malaysia and my bad luck it's handover to My Best courier service. It's supposed 'my worst' courier service.
Lazada mentioned the delivery attempt was failed! When do they made the attempt? The whole family at home 24/7 nowhere to go during MCO. It's a lie. My wife told me that her parcel been cancelled by this company and were sent back to the shop several times. This company should be avoided.

Saw one positive comment from one guy below. If he is not the paid commentary guy ? nor the company staff then miracle happened once in this company's history. Dozens bad comment from other customers something really wrong about this company
