★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are much better shops in JB than this one. SG customers like me got to practise caution. Total bill more than RM3,600 only during payment time strictly was told that they only accept cash, so adamant that we had to drive out and withdraw cash at a terrible exchange rate. After sales service was worse. Overpriced Smart light faulty, got even scolded when asked for refund for that particular item, as he couldn't solve the problem initially. Had to drive in JB 2-3 times to get it solved. Please guys JB got alot more shops with genuinely nice people that offers better prices and services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always shopped there. Before FMCO went alone, Bangladesh worker said I can't take pic. How am i supposed to show to my family for them to make decision without picture and I'm already being responsible not to bring entire family to the shop. Gave piece of mind to the worker and walled out

Do not go to this place as quality is bad and after service sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even bother to reply enquiry send via whatsapp. Such a shame. If you don't bother to reply customer then freaking remove the number from your facebook. Don't ask one to contact you via whatsapp but not reponding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very unhelpful, couldnt answer questions well nor give suggestions, just follow you everywhere and couldnt have privacy to discuss on what to choose and buy.
Somemore they dont let us take photos, how are we supposed to remember what price and design of the product we are interested in? You are not helping the customer to take note either since customers are not allowed to take photos for whatever reason. There are a lot more better stores nearby that sells products with lower price and have more professional salesman/saleswoman to explain patiently to the customers. Your store isn't just the ONLY light store in JB.
I agree that this store has a lot of variety of products with beautiful designs, but the absolute unprofessional work attitude of the staff made us wont ever want to visit the store anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chinese staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. They change to bangladesh staff to help me and he’s doing better than any of them. Bought some lights and was said it may take 3 to 4 days for the stock to arrive. They said they will call, but it’s 2 weeks already. Come on, improve your service. Get a grip!
