β β β β β found this shop Via mudah with their super value price tag, when arrive there it is whole different world. very lack of professionalism due to shop owner inform us that we must make payment first in hand before we can open the Box to check out TV quality,.. so you guys can be judge in this,.. it is a hell no to pay first instead of to test out first... Really is a jokes,. Say no to This hell Hole...I make my TV purchase at pragin mall permata shop. Totally heaven vs hell differences in services.

My advise is double check everything before paying for goods in here; the prices, cost of delivery, and I meant it. Make sure the price you look at mudah.my or advertised website are match, and there are no hidden cost.
Fight for your right if you want, but once you paid for the item, it is really hard to step back.
Being nice and friendly is good, but make sure everything is match, and write it down.
Will this place be my first choice looking on other items? Its depend. you need to be extra cautious, and paranoid and make sure everything before making any purchase.
This is my reason; I overpaid more than advertised price at mudah.my. I tried to get the balance back, but no, it is impossible. They claim it is for delivery fees for item less than RM1000. I did confirm with them beforehand whether they charge for delivery, and they said no.
The good thing (maybe) is they delivered the item one day earlier, and including one small gift (Tracia shower cream).
Mix feeling alright, but even though I overpaid a litte, but the price is still okay. Double check the price, and confirm everything before pay.

β β β β β Get to know the shop Via Mudah. Not a pleasure experience deal with shop. Even thought shop owner claim that second hand is good condition but exchanged 3 times. Been blamed broke the item at first time. Service is ok as no extra charge for exchange but less professionalism.

β β β β β We contacted about washing machine based on what we saw in Mudah.com through WhatsApp and they asked us to come straight to the shop which is another side of Penang from where we live. Asked to wait for 15 minutes outside and went to only find out that we were asked to leave as they were busy but we were the only customer at the time. Seriously? Lack of professionalism like what others said. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Simply unapologetic for their behaviour also. Don't even deserve a star. ??
