β β β β β I have been to many stone factories, Best Stone offers the most varieties (more than 300 types of marble, terrazzo, quartz, granite and many more) with very reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and helpful, I bought all my stone from them. Good after sales service too.

β β β β β Price is decent and workmanship is alright but could be better. However, the actual installation experience was not smooth for us as the installer doesn't communicate well when clarifying installation questions which will affect work done by other contractors such as carpentry and plumbing. For post installation service, they did revert bit took a longer time to respond as compared to pre sale service.

β β β β β Excellent customer service by Iris. Even though they only accept walk in by appointment which I did not make, I was given the best service by Iris. Follow up Enquiries via messages was answered very fast and patiently. Best service compare to the few similar places nearby. Will definitely engage them for the quartz countertop for my kitchen. ?
