โ โ โ โ โ I recently did minor dental surgery on removing my wisdom tooth. The overall experience was quite pleasant, and it started off with free consultation. The doctor explained the overall risk and treatment of the surgery very thoroughly. Undoubtedly, Dr. Ooi was very professional, skillful and he also explained the treatment and every action throughout the entire surgery session. I'm very pleased with the overall service and professionalism. In terms of pricing, it's pretty reasonable, and I believe it's below market price. Getting an appointment is pretty easy, no hassle, just WhatsApp their number; they even provide you a reminder a day before your appointment with lots of smileys. I guess they live up to their company profile - BestSmile :)

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent place, nice atmosphere and clean environment. The staff and the doctor are really kind and helpful, the appointment process is painless and they remind you a day before as well.
Doctor was really knowledgeable and explained everything before and after the procedure.
The prices were also the best I could find in Penang as well.

He is a very caring doctor who was so observant on my facial expression to decifer if I was in any discomfort. Thank you so much for the wonderful and excellent service!

โ โ โ โ โ Was recommended by a friend for their reasonable price and good service. So I came all the way from mainland to give them a try, and it really worth the trip?
Friendly and polite staff and dentist. Kind and good medical ethics. One thing I really like about this clinic is they never try to promote/sell you anything that is not necessary. Dr Rachel would rather advise me proper way of brushing teeth to ease on my gum inflammation, than promoting aesthetic fillings or braces for my teeth gap. Itโs like she genuinely cares more on my gum/teeth health than the mere appearance, and that makes me felt comfortable and trusted to seek more advice from her.
Would definitely go again if I need any dental treatment/consultation in the future!
