★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang nak beli air blackwater. Return customer, da pernah beli ikan, kutu air, dan aksesori ikan laga. Kita siap promote pd member nk beli ikan laga masa promosi tahun baru.
Smlm pegi, owner lelaki kepala botak x mesra pelanggan langsung. Ckp dgn customer pun gaya menyindir bila kita tnya "x boleh kurang ke"
Tanya tu cuba nasib je kot dpt kurang, bukan beriya pun.
Ada ke patut dia jawab, "awak call org buat ni (blackwater)tanya dia boleh kurang, saya bagi kurang".
Itu lah kali terakhir saya jejak kaki kedai tu. Lepas tu, tempat ini bukan lagi jd pilihan pertama utk berkunjung lagi.

Tapi seller yg lelaki sombong.
Dua bintang ni utk seller akak tu.
Kalau bukan sbb akak tu aku bg 1 bintang je.
Costumer tanya elok2 seller lelaki tu nak tak nak je jwb. Mujur ada akak tu nak layan. Anak2 dia pulak kalau kita beli kutu air sikit beno dpt nya.
Kt here is a family business.
But the seller is an arrogant man.
These two stars are for the smart seller.
If it wasn't like that, I'd be like a star.
The costumer asked the male seller if he wanted to answer. Luckily, there is a brother who wants to serve. Her children, if we buy a little water lice, we can get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenarnya nak letak 3.5.. huhu, first time pegi mmg dpt bad impression kt tmpt ni.. pegi yg first tu dlm hjung thun lepas.. yg jaga tu perempuan.. ada la xberkenan dgn servis akk tu.. tp baru ni pegi ada sorg abg tu jaga, ok la dia layan customer.. agak friendly gak abg tu.. Beli moina pn dia xkedekut.. Bagus la ada improvement dr segi servis.. maybe pasni blh g ag.. siapa yg pernah g n rsa kedai ni xok maybe blh try dtg lg kot.. Aku harap owner kedai ni at least pasang la lampu kt area rak ikan laga tu.. beli lampu bajet² kt Shopee pn xpe asalkan blh nampak ikan² senang nak pilih.. Aku xkisah nak support peniaga² Melayu tp cuba la improve keadaan kedai sikit.. xkn la sampai nak pilih ikan customer kna acu flashlight phone masing².. lg satu, ms aku dtg baru ni ada plak ntah sape² merokok dpn kedai ni, dah la mmg tmpt ni tertutup.. rokok plak kt area tangga gitu mmg jd xselesa sbb xda pengudaraan kt situ..
Actually, I want to put 3.5 .. huhu, the first time I went, I got a bad impression of this place .. the first time I went at the end of last year .. the one who took care of it was a woman .. there was someone who was pleased with the service a lot .. but only now I went there sorg abg tu jaga, ok la dia layan customer .. akak friendly gak abg tu .. Beli moina pn dia xkedekut .. Bagus la ada improvement dr segi servis .. maybe pasin blh g ag .. siapa yg pernah gn rsa kedai ni xok Maybe I can try to come to the city .. I hope the owner of this shop at least installs lights near the fighting fish shelf area .. buy budget lights from Shopee pn xpe as long as I can see the fish I'm happy to choose .. I want to support Malay traders but try He improved the condition of the shop a bit .. xkn he wanted to choose the customer's fish so I used their phone flashlight² .. one more thing, ms I just came here there is a plaque I don't know who smokes in this shop, it's already a closed place .. cigarette plaque in the area The stairs are so comfortable, there is ventilation there ..

With bad review on the owner attitude towards customer thats really the deal breaker.
