β β β β β The developer can't do whatever they promised to the buyers. They was unable to keep their promise to convert the land title to the residential title. Now I have to pay the assessment every year at the rate of 6.6% instead of 5.5%. Full of lies.

β β β β β Defect was not even done and mark it as completed. Took 3 months to rectify it and keep blaming on MCO/CMCO. Granted there should be proper timeline given with clear communication. Nothing! Newly done project and not a single wall is without crack lines. Avoid at all cost!

β β β β β I've already made a few complaints to your management office from 28 BLVD about my upstairs. Their kids often make noises such as running around, stepping hard onto the ground and even scream. They make these noises in the morning, afternoon, evening, at night and even during midnight. We already called the guard for a few times especially during 1am and sometimes even 4am we still hear these noises. We made some complaints to the management and the management didn't even bother us. The Chinese lady, wearing spectacles said they won't solve this case and asked us to call the police ourselves by using a very bad attitude. We are very upset because of the management's officer attitude and this case isn't solved for a year already.
