I've understand more on my own and others personality, it helps me to utilize and expand my capabilities. My greatest take away for the day is to FLEX IT!

โ โ โ โ โ The DISC test let me able to understand myself better and also knowing the characteristics of different personality that based on DISC, which will help us to improve our communication skills and also to avoid or minimise the conflicts.
The trainer Jade Lim is very professional and warm, she not only explain to us the difference in between also giving us the advice on how to handle with different situations that based on her experience which could help us to go further.
