★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give them 0 stars i would. Please Malaysians dont buy from them, i only asked for a product photo and they blocked me on Whatsapp, tried reaching the other numbers and they blocked me on 3 other numbers. Very unprofessional, i have had bad customer service from other sellers in Malaysia, but im happy to rank BF1 the worst in customer service. The staff seem nice from the youtube videos and facebook live videos, but i guess the reality is they are not nice people. Im glad i didnt get to buy anything from them, i doubt they would even deliver them!!!
And im anticipating a reply to this review saying that they will improve. Maybe you can improve by burning your shop down.

Regarding their reply that I was not nice to them, I asked them for a photo of product and they just blocked me. Since when is asking for product photo slavery?! Stop lying and go back to school! Your reviews are very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 bottles of essential oils from BF1 in Shopee on 5 May 2021.... the items came a few days later dropped on my porch.... the packaging was wet and smelt of spilled oil.... and when I opened the packaging, there were 3 bottles inside. As i only bought 2 bottles of essential oils I presume the other bottle with the cap opened is a free gift (bergamot fragrance oil). So because the box was dented and the inside was wet with the leaking bergamot, the labels on the essential oils i bought were also wet and blurred by the oil.
I wrote to tell them what happened and received a msg telling me they will call on Monday. Fine.... on Monday a man called me and I told him what happened and I also said I made a remark in Shopee saying about the poor packaging condition as I hope it will make a difference in the packaging and the delivery in future. There was no animosity on my behalf, I only wanted to give a comment for improvement on the packaging and delivery. Today 13th May I wanted to order somethings again from BF1 but... to my amazement, I was blocked from ordering. I checked what had happened and found a reply from BF1 saying because I did not give a 5 star rating so they do not want to do business with me. The message goes on to say I am abusing the rating and damaging others and implying that I have bad intentions and continue on to lecture me on how I should behave in future. Come on, I only made a comment on the packaging which was damaged n the leaking bottle and I get blocked from further ordering. Is this a childish joke? Why do I deserved to be lectured when my intention is just to let them improve on their packaging and the transportation company from just dropping it on my porch? I even took photos of the box and the empty bergamot bottle to show them.... it is not like I am making an empty complaint. i even approved payment for the items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to OEM class. The coach Vincent Yong talk nonsense and doesnt much info and learn nothing. End of class, go shop at the shop. All the workers are inexperience and ask them about blending. They can't give me any info. They said no recipe given. You need to experience yourself.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfortunate I tried to get a good essential oil from BF1. I thought is pure.. please don’t get the essential oil here. I did a paper test for their EO range product within 12hours, there's an oil stain, as I pay RM280 for their 3 big bottle essential oil. And customer service needed to be improve for the knowledge of EO. Sorry I am not buying this by tell me this is pure EO. Totally felt scammed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BF1 this company is unscrupulous they are selling pure essential oils ( written text on label ) but in actual fact the contents are synthetic fragrance oils. Please don't buy essential oils from this company you will be terribly disappointed.

1. Lack of information on packaging, scientific botanic name, extract method, part of plants used, country of origin, direction for use are not found.
2. Bad customer service, ignoring and forwarding me from one to another for a few days.
3. Scent of essential oil very artificial, buy a well known brand and compare you will know. They claim they're manufacturer but I really doubt because their staffs don't have knowledge about essential oil at all.
4. The scent on fragrance blotter remain very rich after a few days, unlikely to be natural essential oil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star is too high should give zero stars for BF1s essential oils. Poor quality is the essential oils from this company and I believe they have zero knowledge about that they are selling and think consumers don't know the difference between essential oils vs fragrance oils. Don't waste your hard earned money just don't buy essential oils from this company, skip skip skip BF1.
