★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Summary: Not worth trying and the worst service ever.
All the negative comments below are surprisingly true. Food is cold and nothing special. The staffs are very very very rude especially one young guy and the cashier "ladyboss". First of all they are not attentive, no staff to check your mysejahtera & arrange table. Once you get a table, the male staff will take his own sweet time to clean the table and then pass you your cutleries without washing his hands first. Poor hygienic here. Not to mention him spraying unknown sanitization liquid on customer when disinfecting the table with a tidak apa attitude.
Do not expect any service here, you can only order food if the staff attend to you, so merely depend on your luck. We walked up to the counter but the ladyboss told us to wait for the staffs. So we waited aka 等运到. After endless times of waving & calling & trying to get eye contact with them, the staff came with cold food and only allow you to order food within their section (etc. dimsum/ fry food/steam pao). One of the staff told us they are lack of manpower, but the lady boss just sit there playing her handphone all this while.
Even when paying bill, the cashier just handle with single hand and no eye contact and saying thank you or whatsoever.
For anyone planning to visit, I sincerely hope you will not encounter what happened to us. Good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff, sat down for an hour and only had 2 items (1 siu mai which the staff rudely throws onto our table and a carrot cake which I walked all the way to counter to order myself from the boss as the staff keeps ignoring me and showing me faces) and a drink as the staff refused to bring the cart towards our table for some reason despite us kindly asking and patiently waiting the whole time. Kind advice, if you guys are not willing to serve the customers, we are more than happy to walk and get the food ourselves instead of rejecting us and say we will come to you when the staff wont even bother to do so. No more next time. Thank you for the pleasant experience. Hope you can be successful with the arrogant service attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good dim sum station when you reach Ipoh. This is open air restaurant & not prefer whom request for comfortable environment.
Prefer parking at shop behind with 5 mins walking distance.
No long que event PH or weekend.
Food taste are above average, price are softer compare to those famous dim sum, clean & tidy.
Return rate : for sure ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my.. This place was actually established in 2017 but I've only discovered it today. Well better late than never, right? :D
There are quite a lot of dim sum restaurants around Bercham and this is one of those places that won't disappoint based on the following verdicts.
1) Place - Spacious and well ventilated.
2) Choice - Variety but some have to wait
3) Price - Typical dim sum pricing
4) Taste - Not bad for my preference
5) Service - OK
I personally enjoyed the Char Siew Pau, Sweet&Sour Roll & Salted Egg Prawn Dumpling.
Overall, it's worth a visit! ?

You have to walk to the wall on the right aide of the shop and look at the pics on the wall go order ? you have to look for the waiter/ waitress to order. Maybe it's because I went there at 11am? Not sure but it sure gave me a not-so-good impression on their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is close to my house and we were glad that we were there early because in a matter of minutes it was full in CNY. Their preparation was fresh and the dim sum is good. The place is small. It was a morning of good food and good conversation. Great place to yum cha with family.
Sometimes my mom takes away home for me. Love that pepper mushroom siew mai.

SOP not updated, eventhough same family but 5 people only allowed in a table. We were denied service when 6 of us in a table, so 1 person had to sit separately.
Malaysia is moving towards endemic phase, but they are not updated at all!! Very frustrating especially when you come as family for breakfast during vacation.
Very little staff and some are rude. At a point, we had to go to counter and take the food by ourselves.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILY OF MORE THAN 5 PEOPLE.
