The staff requested me to make the payment again because she couldn't verified that my e-wallet payment had gone through. And promised to make a refund within 24 hours. But the case has dragged on for 10days, and I have not heard anything from them.
The boss has pushed away the responsibility by saying that I have to settle it with e-wallet company by myself.
