I came across big bath and got in contact with Joanne. She find out what I needed and recommended products suitable for my new house. She was patient in explaining and answering all my questions and request. I felt assured as she knows her products well.
She knows which products I like and informed me when there is a promotion for that product so I bought it at a more affordable price which makes me so happy ?
