β β β β β All range of Amaron battery available here. Mr Kelvin is very polite and shown a good CX although this is my first time visit his shop. Plus, this Big Battery CS, Mr Ben is super attentive, very fast in giving me the insight of each product! I may purchase this battery at other shop, but due to good services by them, I choose to change here. And they also provide delivery in Klang Valley. (FOC if I'm not mistaken)

β β β β β My first experience with them is back on late Y2020, serviced by Mr. Kent during that time. Received very professional services and advices on maintaining a car battery from him during that time.
Have been introducing friends and family to get car battery replaced by them ever since, and all of them says that the services provided are hassles-free for them.
Today, almost 1.5 years from my first experience with BIG Battery, i was personally there once again to get a battery for my wife ride. This time, i was attended by Mr. Kevin, and their service quality still maintained as one of the best if not the best. Initially, I walk-in to buy the battery to perform self replacement, but in return, Mr. Kevin offered to get his team to ride down to where the car was and get it replaced on the field. Best of all, this on-site service comes with no extra charges. Everything was done professionally within 30 minutes, and i do get texts and image update from Mr. Kevin himself after it was all done.
The price charged are more than reasonable despite not the cheapest in town, but its worth the warm & professional services. Kudos to Big Battery OKR team.
I strongly recommend this place to everyone who looking for pleasant experience. Do find below their namecard for ease of contacting them.
