★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a shaved ice dessert shop that not only serves different flavors of shaved-ice, but also waffles and fruit juice. Price starts from RM8 and you can share one bowl of shaved ice with 2 or 3 other people and still get a brain freeze. Average tasting dessert. More enjoyable on a hot day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The day was really hot, we quenched our thirst with a lot of fruit juices and water but it wasn't satisfying. Then, later in the evening we went to Big Bowl Ice and had a wonderful time. The serving was big. You can order bigger bowls and share. They have from single bowl to 32X bowl. Real fresh fruits, adequate sweetness. Simple environment..... good to give a try

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed, the staff very rude, I with my family just think after having some snacks and waffle then only we order Ice, one of the staff (old women) , she saw my order then tell the staff who take my order, after meal then for sure I won't order Ice. I spend my own money , so I have right to take my order, either after meal or before meal I order Ice or not, if this shop not allowed customer having snacks here without order Ice then please write a notice , don't comment customer like we can't having snacks here . Really so angry , with a good mood step in this shop but the staff spoiled the mood , hope the owner guide the staff , with good attitude and courtesy to customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited a few times back in Feb. I’ve come into this dessert shop a few times during my stay in Melaka and I have to say that it’s enjoyable in a guilty secret kind of way. The desserts here are awesome. Some of the portion sizes are ridiculously big and I’ve not tried those.
The main dishes I ate were puddings and they’re all delicious with any fruit topping. I’m happy to report that the puddings are never too sweet for me. I’ve also tried the Dragon fruit flavoured yogurt series frappe, which was yummy. The potato wedges are so-so, the batter is flavourless, so the sweet chilli is a welcome condiment.
The service here is always great. The staff are friendly and it's always great to come in for some sweet things to be greeted by a sweet smile.
This place is a great dessert gem in Melaka. The downside is that it’s a shame the location is not in the main tourist area.

I thought there gonna have many people coming at that time but its not thank god?♂️ I loves their shaved ice because of the texture is very soft~ we ordered Chocolate snow ice with mangoes+bananas & shaved ice with fruits+passion fruits just for RM31.60? their flavour is very good af! totally gonna come back here again!✨?

a bit bout new menu..bandung series.. nothing taste like bandung and feels like u r eating perfume..some may like..but not my cup..
n this is the real problem..open at 1pm..n the workers arrived also at 1pm..the chef is there..the customers also there..but..the cashier is missing..
to enter the menu need a cashier..n the machine need password to open..but the cashier is not there..a mess..
shouldnt the staffs arrived b4 the shop open?
