We approached Big C Graphics (M) Sdn. Bhd. (a.k.a. Big C Cards; No. 36, Level 1 Jalan Tun Sambanthan 3 Brickfields 50470 Kuala Lumpur) in the month of April 2017 to print wedding invitation cards. We clearly explained the card colour (i.e., yellow) and print quality which we desired to the female owner of the company (Ms. Sheela). Moreover, we had given our own sample wedding invitation card which clearly depicts the card colour and print quality which we desired. Ms. Sheela assured us multiple times that they would be able to produce our expected card quality and yellow card colour. Ms. Sheela also assured us that our own sample wedding invitation card would be returned to us on the day of card collection. Issue 1: We had asked for a single sample wedding invitation card to be printed and shown to us first. However, Ms. Sheela flatly denied our request saying that it is not possible. We reluctantly accepted to print 400 cards at total cost of RM720 and paid initial deposit of RM360. We were requested to return several days later to obtain the printed cards. Issue 2: On the day of card collection, we realized that they had printed our invitation on a white coloured card, contrary to our request of yellow coloured card. Moreover, they had used a cheaper/flimsy quality card for printing contrary to their original promise of a higher quality card. Issue 3: We asked for a full refund of RM720 or a complete reprint of all 400 cards. Conveniently, the shop employee informed us that the owner and our original contact person Ms. Sheela was in India now and unable to attend to our issue immediately. After having cajoled by us, the shop employee called Ms. Sheela at an Indian telephone number. On being confronted over the phone, Ms. Sheela told us that they did not have a yellow coloured card so they proceeded with printing on white cards. Ms. Sheela did this without informing us. Issue 4: Ms. Sheela informed us over the phone that we had two options: (Option 1) They reprint all our cards but it will take more than 1 week, with no yellow/maroon/red coloured cards available; (Option 2) We take the incorrectly printed card as is and get a discount of only 10%, i.e., RM 72, of the total amount. Option 1 is totally unacceptable because they took our cash deposit initially by lying to us about their abilities to print our desired card colour and card quality. It is unbecoming of Ms. Sheela to claim that they do not have supplies to print yellow/maroon/red coloured cards, which are the norm for Indian wedding invitation cards. They were nonchalant and insensitive to the time constraints we had in posting our wedding cards, by replying that they need more than 1 week to reprint the cards. Option 2 is equally unacceptable, because they were only willing to refund a mere RM72 out of RM720 total cost, in contrary to a righteous shop owner who would give a full refund of RM720. Issue 5: On the day of card collection, when we asked for our sample wedding invitation card which was given earlier, the shop employee replied that our sample wedding card was left in their printing press. Their printing press machinery is located at a different venue and is not housed at the Big C Cards shopfront. Again, the shop employee nonchalantly replied that they will give us back the card soon, which we have not received till today. Summary: Big C Graphics provides extremely poor customer service and practices deceitful sales tactics. They bind us by taking huge cash deposits initially and conveniently renege later on their promise/card quality. This card printing shop is strongly not recommended.

They handle us friendly and professionally. They have Latest designs with reasonable price and cards ready within the promise date. Good quality & lots of new designs to choose as well, overall 5/5.

so.we went to Kl as we were really running out of time we chose whatever we saw that was most convenient at this time and it was BIG C PRINTING COMPANY. it was a disaster the lady will take her own sweet time to reply to your texts and they never keep their promise so u have to keep pushing them to get your cards or else forget it the wedding will b over before u can invite your guests. the end results of the card were ok although not exactly what we wanted.you will only get upset and angry with all the stress of the wedding you already have.
