★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first time here, don't really know what to expect. Ordered Classic Chicken Chop, Nachos, Grilled Platter & Cheesy Platter set. We don't have to wait long for the food to be served. Foods were great! My mom and my kids really enjoyed their food. Will definitely come back for more whenever we're in town. Cozy place for family & friends. Highly recommended ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good and pleasant place. However, can improve on certain aspect such as you got chicken chop on 13.90 with fries and salad. Bolognese + chicken chop on 17.90 with salad and 2 spoonfull of spaghetti ? so small portion. Also the spaghetti itself got nothing such as meat, fishball etc just a soup base. 2 spoonfull of spaghetti same with fries on 13.90 price. Not worth it. Maybe increase a little amount of it. The nachos okayy but lemauu. Maybe dah oxidised. Good but can improve more. Thanks

Attractive surroundings with rock music are served. So nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order the food and drinks which is for me the taste is quite good. But very disappointed when the food arrived, it's a bit cold as has been cooked like 15-20mins earlier. I expect to have hot cooked meals.bukan yang dah suam2 kuku. If possible try to improve on that part.. makan makanan yg dah suam2 kuku, mmg potonggggg walopon sedapppp ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was kinda bad. The waitress, a girl who wears red hijab if I right, is so rude. Literally really rude. I order Macaroni super cheese with chicken, but she give us the meatballs one and keep telling us that's the right orders when that's not the right orders. And I reserved a place and they put one plate of servings before we came, and the food turned cold, I ask for reheated but they tell me they can't because they are busy, I don't really care about that but how am I supposed to eat my food when it's turned cold. Will not coming to this cafe again, because the waitress really have a bad attitude. They don't even deserve 1 star at this points. So disappointed. You can look at the pictures the cheese turned hard because the food was cold.

But I wonder why they don't give me some salad with momotaro set because last time I came they gave it together with the meals. But its ok. Just one advice, be consistent and keep on the good things and be better. All the best to you! The last photo was my last time eating there and another 3 was my recent experience.

Big Galley's is a good place to enjoy some western food at cheap and reasonable price in Alor Setar. The portion of the dish served is quite large.
The atmosphere over there is also nice, there is a group of buskers performing there at night.
The waiting time for food upon order is also very fast, but maybe the system of taking orders should be computerized by using app, etc. as different waiters came to our table quite often asking about whether our orders have been placed or not. Plus, table umbrellas should be prepared for the diners eating outdoors in case of sudden rain.
Overall, the service at the restaurant is a satisfactory! ??
