★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in this hotel regularly due to business trip. The hotel room comes with very basic amenities, but it is ok given the price is reasonably low. Hotel room are kept clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly, room service are swift. Location wise, it is situated between the new and old town area, very convenient for eating outside as well as groceries shopping. You have tesco at the back, famous 5 utara restaurant across the road a few block down. 5 minutes drive to jitra industrial area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a clean budget hotel at the end lot of a shop house. room with numbers 01 to 07 have windows facing the street otherwise no window. good bedding, clean bathroom, wooden flooring that can be cleaned easily, water dispenser but no kettle in the room free flow of coffee & tea at the reception. no lift but luckily only 2 floors of stairs. no nearby convenience store
