★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy customer service. Did not provide proper and professional guidance before customer purchase the medication and blame customer for wrongly purchased.
My question to Big Pharmacy PJ Old Town: How will the customer wrongly purchased by showing the prescription to your so call "pharmacist"? Instead I think your pharmacist might need retraining.
Not even worth a star for the services!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know what? This is the second time i contact via whatsapp and still there is no improvement. It says biz starts at 830am, till 938am, One hour has nobody reply to the msg still? This is the only branch has such a bad service despite talked to your management last time.
Each time when i walkin to purchase and during payment, there is a girl at the pharmacy counter, was laughing so loud till i cant hear what the staff tell me the price to pay. I think you should look into this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to find parking, street is always full of double parked cars. Competitive pricing. Pharmacists and staffs are always helpful and patience, that explains why elderly customers prefer this among other pharmacies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy customer service in the back counter, pharmacist or not, all 3 hopeless, the 2 women and the guy are not interested in serving customers.
Either the guy and girl flirting shamelessly while customer is waiting, the other one appears to be busy, does not keep track which customer come first. All 3 always distracted with their own chattering and will never answer questions properly. The guy once took card waved once on counter top. machine and down under counter, no idea what that was. One girl once saw customer n went to hide in back room while customer waiting. She just kept looking out till another staff came, and started snacking. Immature irresponsible irritating. Fire them all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a shock of the pharmacist’s attitude ! If you are alone and busy or tired or whatever just treat everyone equally! Asked her what’s the difference between neurobion & methycobal n asked her if I could take it for my hand numbness.. instead of answering kept on recommending Bionerv ! Sayin that it’s just normal vitamin n suggested Bionerve! Understood her suggestion but little did she cares for customer! When I approached from the beginning her expression says it rite from the beginning! Easily I could have given her off but it doesn’t make my difference between me n her! Many times I’ve been there but today was my worst ever experience! So happy with the attitude of the pharmacist at AA pharmacy so cheerful even tho she was alone n her explanation n concern was there! Hopefully please do change your treatment to customers in fact she was nice to earlier customer!
