When ask her something she is just like a robot but can chat with other staff while handling customer. Dont have a customer service quality. Another malay young girl is good n helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the while buying online especially during mco. Yesterday was my 1st visit to the pharmacy in sri petaling outlet. It was so surprised me that the shop got so many choices. I was looking for baby stuffs & everything i want was there. So convenient! Price is reasonable too! Sure will visit more in future.

Good customer service with friendly and helpful staffs. They open till 10pm which is convenient for working person like me. Been a loyal customer for 3 years.

This has been my first stop for all my needs and usually wont need to go to other pharmacies. 10/10 would recommend other people to go as well. Just that parking is a bit hard to find sometimes. But that usually isnt that big of a problem

Check your Sri petaling shop incharge got commission form supplier or not. Because in February I buy a water bag, after use few days it's lickings water, then yesterday evening I buy new one. At night I going to use it's lickings water. Yesterday I can't go today 3.20pm I go check with person incharge regarding this problem. She explain me hot water beg I can't put behind for back pain and I don't no how to use. It's non returnable product. So as a reputed company selling like that product which is can't use after bring from the shop at home. Is it not funny. And give your shop person incharge a big office room with table and chairs. Because before I go to pay she can't take, after standing the qué, she refer to go front counter. Very root and manure less person incharge. She should be find out problem and give good solution to customer . No I think she take salary from big and working for supplier.
