Pharmacy upstairs. Should be good, as I have compared prices to most others, and still shop at their older branch in Uptown Damansara mostly.

The gal staff were unfriendly. When need assist from her, seems unwillingly to help and explain more. Not even unwelcoming. Customer service very bad

Hi I’m a regular customer of your store and first time to get a nasty assistance from one of your staff name Ms Yap Bee Ling. I walked in this morning to ask help about my on call vivid glucose reader I only brought the said glucose reader as I finish it yesterday and the last four strips results error. When I approached your staff about my concerns she asked me where is the rest!? You don’t bring ahh showing her gesture not happy assisting me and made me feel uncomfortable the way she talked to me.So upsetting ? I hope you train this lady again how to handle customer in a nice way. Tq

Thank you Wan who had been diligently serving us for almost 2 years. She always provide us with good advice on the supplements that we are taking and giving us the best price for being a regular customer. Being a customer of Big Pharmacy more than 10 years, I found her to be one of the best pharmacists. She never failed to serve us beyond her working hours. Me and my family would like to wish her all the best as she has now been transferred to Bangsar Branch and we hope she will come back to SS 2 Big Pharmacy Branch again.

Melissa helped to process my request to get my omron machine service/recalibrated. Everything went smoothly except for the part where one of the staff took out the plug adapter and didn't put it back. Fortunately I noticed it and the staff on duty managed to find it back. ?

Went there the first time. Urgency to use toilet at ground floor. Could not use bcoz the door cannot be close n further more the toilet door was taken off. Upon purchasing stuff at ground floor went upstairs to look around and approached the pharmacist in charge there ( a Chinese lady ) not being racist. Did not asked or noticed her name. Asked her regarding my arthritis condition n she suggested one supplement. Did not purchased just now n further more I wanna know more about it, just bcoz being recommended that doesn’t mean need to buy. Since again urgently I need to use the toilet I asked an Indian staff ( girl ) over there. . The girl also said downstairs but after explaining to her that the toilet can’t be used the Indian girl told there’s a toilet at the corner , by hearing and knowing that I wanted to use the toilet over there immediately the response from the pharmacist was : I cannot use the toilet here and I need yo go downstairs and she said we don’t allow customers to use the toilet here , need to go downstairs. I explained to her the situation to her but yet she refused. My goodness what sort of an educated person you are!!!!! After all I asked politely. Just bcoz I’m an Indian and did not purchased the supplement from her? But I must really thank another Indian girl who came from downstairs for allowing me to use the toilet. In fact I told her that pharmacist doesn’t allow me to use it, but the kind Indian girl told me just go and I will tell her, what is this after all you wanna use the toilet only and you can’t be holding your nature call. My question is how does the pharmacist feels if she is being treated the same way? So basically people must buy all the things you recommend? Just behave professionally and have some humanity feelings and no racism. I know that retail pharmacy is not a public toilet but what if urgent nature calls? Been to other BIG Pharmacy before this but I guess this is the worst experience. Not expecting to be treated like a VIP, but do respect customers as an HUMAN BEING!!! First impression says it all☹️☹️☹️

The shop is easy to find . It is a corner double storey shop . I found the pharmacist helpful . Same time the shop feels cramped and boxes are lying around the floor which make the aisle even narrower .
