★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff, the guy taking temperature outside spoke rudely. The lady with the hijab at the last counter was also rude.
Been a customer for quite some time now. Business will be taken elsewhere if I experience the same thing at my next visit. Teach them customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing customer service. I waited in the queue for 5 minutes. Came to my turn, asked if a particular drug was available and the assistant pharmacists was not sure of the drug. Told me to wait as the other pharmacists were busy and attended to other customers. I was literally standing there clueless for 10 minutes. He did not apologize or make an attempt to clarify or help. The pharmacists beside, Adeline or something her name also just focused on her customer and only attended to the other assistant after 10 minutes. Please la , treat your customers well. Attend to the one in front of you first , once finished move on to the others. I am sure you have a database where you can search for a drug. I have been supporting this pharmacy for the past 2 years . Literally spent thousands here. Very disappointing service and inefficient. Please buck up or you will be losing more of your customers. As for me I will be taking my business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First few.times I went there I was attended to attentive and friendly staff. Since I was happy with the service I introduced my sister there to get supplies for both my mum and dad who are bedridden. When we entered the usual staffs who attended to me before were not there. The person behind the counter juz pointed to the direction where I was supposed to find what I needed. Was not familiar where items are placed so I asked her again about it and she reluctantly came and juz said yes when I showed her the item. Needless to say it was the wrong thing and had to come four times to get the right item since it wasn't the only thing they got wrong.
Not gonna shop there again even if the prices are cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a pharmacy as busy as this one, a better system should be in place to attend to customers. I’ve been here a few times and I often get sidelined and others who came in after me were attended to first. Other than that, this place is well stocked with variety of products but not friendly to immobile customers or those who cannot walk up the stairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoilt for choice! They have so many items, all kinds of brand. Affordable too! However, cashiers don't really bother to adhere to first come first serve rule. Who ever 'appears' in front of them will be immediately entertained without checking if that no-manners-customer cut queue or what. Sometimes when you want to inquire something from a staff who is attending to another person, u've been standing there long enough when suddenly some fool just go straight to the staff and he is immediately entertained. Customer service at times is very bad. I know you cannot change or control a customers attitude but you have the power to manage and monitor the movement. Pls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience is good. The place is quite crowded with products everywhere but you can definitely find whatever you need. Just ask the cashier/ worker there. But bare in mind, the price is just a bit pricey then other place but nevertheless just be a member, you can get discount.
