Semasa saya ingin membeli vitamin dari outlet ini, seorang Petugas wanita (bertudung biru) menjaga bahagian kaunter bayaran tidak memberi layanan kpd sya yg berdiri di depan nya utk membeli vitamin. Sya telah mengeluarkan wang tetapi pekerja ini melayan kerja lain & buat2 sibok.. Akibat geram, sya keluar dari outlet ini dan membeli vitamin dr pharmacy guardian.
Jika pekerja begini terus dibiarkan, customer My Pharmacy akan berkurangan akibat attitude yg tidak mesra pelanggan & akan mengalami kerugian berpanjangan.. Sekian dari saya.

 I went to My pharmacy, a beautiful outlet, Johor Bahru on the morning of December 11, 2017. While I was looking to buy vitamins from this outlet, a female attendant (in blue) kept a counter top not paying her standing in front of her to buy vitamins. She was making money but this employee was doing other jobs & making things worse .. As a result, she went out of this outlet and bought vitamins from the pharmacy guardian.
If this employee continues to be left behind, My Pharmacy's customers will be reduced due to their unfriendly attitude & will be at a loss for a long time ..
