Sepanjang PKP, stesen ini pasti mengalami kejatuhan dari segi penjualan. Namun begitu, kafe Starbucks menerima pelanggan secara pandu lalu dan selalunya barisan yang panjang akan diperhatikan.
Pintu masuk kafe adalah tidak strategik kerana berhadapan dengan pam diesel yang terasing dari pam yang lain (tujuan lori yang bersaiz besar). Ruang parkir juga terhad kepada pengunjung kafe.
Barisan pandu lalu selalunya akan mengganggu pelanggan yang mahu menggunakan pam tayar dan yang menggunakan parkir.
Petronas is still in the process of renovation to give new life.
Throughout the PKP, the station will definitely experience a drop in terms of sales. Still, Starbucks cafes receive customers on a drive -by basis and often long queues will be noticed.
The entrance to the cafe is not strategic as it faces a diesel pump that is isolated from other pumps (purpose of a large sized truck). Parking spaces are also limited to cafe visitors.
The driveway will often distract customers who want to use tire pumps and those who use parking.
