和一群朋友一起爬山可以促进良好友谊，偶尔放下科技产品，陪陪家人，也可以带家人小孩一起爬山，拉进彼此关系，总好过对着手机屏幕而忽略了最重要的陪伴；
终点是我的目标，但过程一样重要，就是欣赏美景，看看不同形状颜色的菇类，不一样的植物，看看少见体型较大也唯有在深林里看得到的马陆虫，蚂蚁等等，可以增广见闻；
爬山固然很好，热身还是需要的，还得依据个人的体能，对速度，动作，难度做适当选择，和行动，否则受伤就不好了。
