★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute rip off! Most arcade machines were "UNDER MAINTENANCE" again!
And they should get rid of the sales people at the counter as they are more interested in talking to each other.
All they did was point to the board when i purchased a card for my child.
If you don't train your staff or they can't speak the language, they should bluddy damn well not be there!!!
Please hire local Malaysians that can relate to customers with a smile & not some idiots who does not care and only work on minimum wage!
Come on Genting Management, this is suppose to be an international venue for families, pls get your act together for Pete's sake!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A food kiosk beside the games park,"MUNAKATA POKE BOWL RICE EXPRESS". This food kiosk serving variety set of Donburi with green tea.There are also variety of sauce for choosing.We ordered one Katsu Chicken rice with Japanese curry sauce and one Aburi Salmon rice with spicy mayo sauce.The spicy mayo is better than my expectation.The crew of the counter is very friendly.Freshness of the food is good.This shop deserved for more crowd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, the attitude of the staff is bad. When it’s almost time to close the arcade, it’s should be telling everyone stop but instead when we put money in it the staff won’t let us play, only caring about the time. One last game won’t hurt anyone right, besides some other kids are still playing why are we the only one kick out for not playing because we pay last minute. The game we’re playing won’t take too much time. And when we left don’t want to argue with the staff, one of them shouted at us stupid. What is this kind of attitude? Please do better.
