★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Bird Interpretive Center was mostly closed because lack of capable and suitable staff for nature and birding interpretation by the management. It should be turn into Fraser's Hill Interpretive Center and/or Fraser's Hill Little Muzium instead the host should really take into serious consideration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very informative centre about the birds in the area Including flora and fauna. Only down part is that we needed to go to the hotel reception (hotel that is opposite to the centre) to ask if they can open the Center. It is not always open. Well put together but not sure if maintenance will be a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place for children to learn about birds. To learn about birds found in Fraser's Hill. Sadly, under used. For those who wish to visit the facility, may get the receptionist at Puncak Inn to open the door.
