★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is quite ok. No lift, you need to use stair to access to room. Room condition not bad just no water bottle for drinking. Have to purchase at reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirties ever hotel i ever stayed!!!! The bed was so dirty and smelly n i bet the cleaner didn't changed the bed sheet/blanket. I can't even sleep with the wall have a huge crack of outer layer of wallpaper.. it look so disgusting!! With the price, u better find any oyo hotel..not worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirties budget hotel. First of all, the receptionist guy will look at you without a smile. He looks so serious. And the room was so bad. Room number 217. Bed sheet with stain, like they didnt change it! Toilet door you cant lock. Its broken. Water pressure for shower was very low. Trust me that is so disspointing! They provide a box of tissue, BUT only have one slice of tissue. Reading light beside the bed not function at all! The floor sticky! Dirties budget hotel in Batu Pahat. Shameless! Poor service.

1.comforter cover n mattres is dirty not changed from previous guest.
Ask for new one n fix ourself
2.nite receptionists is not friendly, didn't address us n just put my ic without telling
3.toilet bowl n floor is dirty not washed properly
4.room floor some part is dirty
5.wall paper in room was scrap but simply replaced by bad painting
Do not stay here unless other place is full or emergencies.

Dust in all corners of room.
Blanket has stains.
Mold on wall. Health hazards.
There is TV in room but no plug. Haha what a jokes!
I paid in total Rm122 for a night.
