★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those who is familiar with Megamall developer will know BJ Homes is the same developer of Kondominium Kepong Sentral. Residents there have been voicing complaints over complaints of mismanagement by the developer & its crony management. With lifts breaking down often (total of 6 lifts) to the extent of only one lift left working is a breaking point for those who have to walk all the way up to the top floor. Elderly & pregnant residents are not spared. Uncollected rubbish is another factors downgrading this condo. Securities often complaint of late salary affecting their performance. Frequent thefts & vandalisms often occured.
Demonstrations by dissapointed residents to form JMB can be seen at You Tube & have been covered by the medias.
