★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shaved ice was too coarse, it almost felt like eating mini ice cubes. Entire dish lacked flavor. The glutinous rice balls were good. For the price, I think there are better shaved ice desserts elsewhere

I tried their Boba Milk Tea at 30% sugar level, and it was sweet enough. Will try 0% sugar level the next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I given 5stars. I left my bag at cafe hv my belonging inside.. phone, home card n keys.. n etc. . Already drove out after 30minutes++ my bag gone.. (Ohh I left at cafe) . I return at cafe n asking them.. Yes they keep at counter... Thanks so. Muchhh.
Actually I like this cafe n drink here. I prefer milk tea n bowl dessert. Yummy n good job all staff. Salute u'll.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super back service 12 Jan 2022 4.38pm I walk inside to the shop and the taller should be the person in charge coz have the 2 staff there. I m the regular customer In blackball u can see my photos there. I hate his services with black manner . Although u busy at least serve customer that waiting for order. I wait for 2 minutes to entertain me then I direct walk out. Super back service hope the boss can look back n take some action of their staff. I hate all season blackball now. If I can spot this guy any of your branch I sure boycott this blackball forever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good tasty desserts but poor service especially taking order and making dessert or drink wrongly. Like hot become cold, sugarless became full of sugar, very rigid menu which are NOT changeable or replaceable.
Also if you do not like an ingredient or two, they will NOT increase on other ingredients or replaced in the ordered dessert but suffered to loose out totally of one or two ingredients.
We ordered the Durian, Yam, Cincau / Jelly desserts and the Green Tea drink.
Dissappointed and sad that the Black Ball workers are NOT properly trained to serve.
