★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just try the A series items on the menu. Other than that the milk teas are average only.
Air cond not power enough. And it abolished the electronic order-and-call system, so now you have to sit at the hot opened air section to wait for your order, which could take quite long. Also, they dont allow sugar and ice level customization, which is quite popular nowadays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only place to go for this kind of Taiwanese dessert in seremban. The food was good and the portion was alright. Self service. The lady doing cashier was like a robot, not friendly at all and didn't greet customers with smile. She was emotionless and ignorant enough when passing us our orders. Overall, foods are good but customer experience should definitely be much improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the hot black ball signature. Taste so different now (compared with the day when it opened few years ago). Don't really have the grass jelly taste, and it won't turned into jelly phase when cold down. Maybe too diluted with sugar water (quite sweet to me).
The place getting dated but at least to maintain its hygiene (look at the basin.. hope they can improve it).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am not sure whether this is the Black Ball chain stall but the hygiene level is low. Toilet and sinks were dirty. We ordered sesame tang yuan and soya tang yuan. Tang yuan was very sweet. Sesame drink is extremely sticky ( almost dried out) and bitter! Other items were so so too. suggest to avoid.
