★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inefficient staffs. We went around 9pm , was ‘chased’ out by their foreign because they close at 10.00pm . My wife had to argue , showing the Nepalese workers time was just 9.12pm, and not yet time to close . We had to call the manager in charge to allow us to dine in. The manager apologised and claims she overlooked . What a lame excuse . I feel this black canyon branch is not interested to run a business and chase customers away. Might as well they close down this branch . The workers here rather sit down and relax , chatting around , rather than try to win over customers to their branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is friendly but the food is terrible. I ordered pineapple fried rice but the rice is soggy and I couldn't see any pineapple nor does it taste like pineapple. My Mum's pad Thai is so chewy she had problem biting it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for almost 40 minutes for my order. This is the second time i have to wait this long. People who came after us even finished their food before our food arrived. Unacceptable. Poor kids have to wait this long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered spicy vegetarian fried rice but served a soaked soy sauce fried rice instead, the fried rice color is black ???? and not appetising at all. Complained to the staff but no sorry or anything. I ordered the same menu before but it tasted wonderful, perhaps different cook?
Addendum :
Cashier did apologise during our payment at the counter. BC Toppen, kindly do QC of the recipes and cook next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food taste good but waiting period is tremendously long. Luckily the kitchen is see through and we can see that they don’t have enough staff. I don’t think they achieved their 5 golden point motto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through Grab, the portion is so small. For the price and get only "5 pieces of cut chicken" then filled with these round green eggplant.
The chicken pieces are almost as small as the eggplant.
Even if I feed my cat, my cat still hungry.
