I purchased Fiery Black Sugar for 17 ringgit on foodpanda from this branch, they sent me a drink with a flat plastic seal, instead of the plastic dome. Who's gonna be able to eat the roasted sugar layer at the top? People paid extra for this. They did not even provide the plastic spoon for scooping the roasted sugar. Extremely disappointed, the Taipan branch's standards are way higher than this. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was terrible. I went to Klang to try this out. I chose the pickup option on grab. It was on the 23rd at 10:00pm where I should've picked up my order. I went to the exact location walking but yet couldn't find it. I called a grab driver to take me to black whale. The grab driver went around 15 mins trying to find it. He couldn't find it so I decided to go back home and tipped the driver because of the amount of time he wasted to find black whale but it was in vain. I even called the number on Google for the branch. I called and made sure they open till 11 just in case. Then, I called again after I couldn't find the place. I asked if they could also send the location they are at on whatsapp. First of all, it took them around 7 mins to text me on whatsapp. And then they said "we are at home so we can't send the exact location by whatsapp". Such a very bad 1st impression. My brother and I were super excited to try it but couldn't. Such a shame. All I did I this whole experience, I lost 22.70 RM on the order and extra 10RM tips for my grab driver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boba tea street over here with many to choose from. Nice environment and cosy decor inside the shop. Boba is soft type and quite chewy. Nice place to relax before continuing the main shopping over the Bukit Tinggi Mall just across the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there just to get two hazelnut cocoa smoothies with cookies. First of all, their whipped cream isn't like whipped cream at all. It's so watered down unlike the other branch I've been. Secondly, they put so less of it and when we ask to just add up, they threw out the old one and restart a new batch of cream which wasn't necessary as the new whipped cream was even more watered down.
Their smoothie drink is also watery, it's already melted and not icy enough. Overall, horrible service and horrible drinks. Perhaps the huge number of customers make their drinks quality bad.
