★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here several times now and I have only good things to say about this place. The environment is brightly lit, the seats and tables are clean and comfortable, therefore making this place an ideal place for studying. If you have trouble understanding the menu, you can ask for recommendations to suit your preferences and whatnot. Highly recommended for students since there is a 10% discount on all items if you present your student ID card, not limiting to UCSI students. 10/10 would come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a wide variety of beverages to choose from, all of them reasonably priced, plus you really do get what you paid for because all cups are filled to the brim with milk tea. The menu is constantly updating and new drinks have been added recently, offering more cheaper options if you're on a budget. Plus, the store is spacious and the seats are comfortable. Overall great experience with this outlet, would definitely recommend to everyone.

Customer of The Alley but since its closed now thought to try this cafe. Went inside with good hopes and all etc.
Got inside, my phone was not scanning QR properly for my sejehta app, got distracted fixing it, scanned QR finally and moved to counter, girl there was like 'you need to check your temperature too' ..yeah ok i lacked she pointed, all good here, but since here, i know this tone of let down of someone, the tone of proud. The tone of untouchable, the tone of cleanliness to own self or race and others are dirty. I have seen this tone when in lift they don't ride with you etc etc... don't wanna write all i have many things to say. I pay respect to you i need respect from you too. Actually things did not end here, i gave order and sat there to get my order and leave. Girl came only QR scanned, no one asked her to measure her temperature. So i was being single out. Pity.
Specific people to specific people, like this outlet maybe, goodluck to them. I don't wanna sound negative but this happened to me and shook me to core with disgusting feel. Either they have this environment or their staff needs more training, it's not my matter, just don't want to visit here anymore.
Parking is inside mall and charged, or few and distant street parking also available.
Inside clean and nice environment.
Taste for me is just average.
Up to you if you wanna go.
