โ โ โ โ โ The desserts is good. Environment & ambiance is harmonious. And the good thing about this outlet is they accept own tupperware/ mug for takeout. Great for environment conscious group that wish to eat but worry about the waste produced.

โ โ โ โ โ I often return for the Grass Jelly, and BlackBall Signature bowl.
Over the years the menu has been expanding, offer more options to the patrons. They offer drinks menu now and I tried Avocado Summer dream - Avocado, Aloe and Lemon, I am quite surprised with the rich, creamy texture and the refreshing / citrusy taste. Well done!

โ โ โ โ โ I woke up this Father's Day morning with the idea of surprising my two adorable grandsons with desserts after their lunch. Guessed what I had in mind. Obvious, right?
I headed for the Jalan Meru Branch, Klang after lunch and ordering 3 BB Signature Classic. After paying for them I noticed that there was a Father's Day poster promoting of a free drink with every dessert order. When I asked the cashier about it, he said I did not mentioned it and he has already keyed in my order. So he can't give the drinks and his manager was beside him. Not honouring your own promotion is really bad business practice. Dudes!!
Anyway, I don't want to give a poor write-up for any business unless they really deserve it.
Nothing to complain about the desserts and drinks. They are delicious and a welcome cheer to perk you up anytime any day.
But I won't give this outlet more than 2 stars unless it buck up on its attitude and service. The MCOs are already not exactly kind to all businesses so don't waste any opportunities at this trying times. In any case, treat all your customers well if you want them to come back.
