★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was at blink kl gateway. There were 2 staffs providing service for 1 customer where 3 of us waiting for our turn. Slightly not satisfied as we have been waiting for more than 20 mins. Since its my lunch time I am bit disappointed. Usually not like this but today seems very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first experience at Blink and my first experience for upper lip, under arm and lower half leg. It was good tbh. I have done Brazilian at a different place, so any other waxing feels mild to me now. Neelam did the waxing for me, very professional and experienced. Besides, enjoyed the conversations with her because she was very caring towards how the pain felt to me. Whether it was mild or too painful and things like that. She also had a lot of suggestions for me at the time. Great experience and very professional. Will definitely come back for my next session. The prices are reasonable to me and please take the advices when choosing the packages.

I visited Blink in KL gateway mall today first time. This Blink is very clean and well maintained. Due to Raya festive season, the shop is very busy . I visited without appointment, but Happy and the owner helped me to have my waxing and threading.
Happy is extremely professional and sincere towards her work. I didn't feel any pain in threading at all and may be so far the quickest, best seamless waxing ?
Will come again here.
