★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, 21 November 2018 (it was my 7 years old daughter's birthday) at around 12.30 pm i went to this cake shop, for the purpose to do toppings on my cake. I believe that most of the cake house would not do toppings unless we purchase the cake from their own shop. The cake which i brought was a steam bake cake which my daughter badly wanted on her birthday. I asked the owner who were husband and wife whether they can do topping for me or not and i will pay no matter how much the cost and will collect at night around 8 pm. It was damn disappointing of their service. They were very harsh especially the wife. She says "anak you mau makan bagi chincai chincai la ta payah topping. kita orang tak da masa, banyak sibuk. chincai chincai pun boleh makan kek la". Then i told her never mind at least write for me "Happpy Birthday" only. That is enough. Again she tone up her voice and talking with her husband in chinese angrily. I understand she's angry with me. Again she repeat that "tak payah la itu topping anak sendiri makan chincai pun boleh". I told her that if you cant do just tell you cant do. Then i left the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super rude, ruined my special day. I deeply understand that it's mother's day and it's a busy day, but keep screaming at a potential customer is not gonna help. I did not purchase anything due to that and it affected me emotionally. Thank you very much. Regards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady in the shop should go back to primary school to at least learn some moral values. Customer service is beyond terrible. She shouts at customer and doesn't have any decency or respect. Happy mother's day to her though ?

Don't know if it's because of the MCO period but they weren't very responsive and friendly over the counter. Nevertheless, seems like some pretty good pastries.
