Not all nurses are well trained and show professionalism. Nurses can chat through the night without considering mommies need to rest in the room. Lousy food. If you are looking for quality service, this is not the place for you

One of the best decision we have made...!!! Can’t imagine how we would have managed during this pandemic and with my condition (had postpartum depression) if we were not there..!! They provided constant help every way they can, even after the stay also.It's like a home away from home especially when your family is not around . Food and care was excellent. Learned so much during my stay which helped me gain back my confidence. Sister Elizabeth always listened and came up with solutions for all my concerns.We were very much well taken care of, not only me and my newborn but also my 4 year old daughter & my husband also were at ease. Really want to thank sister Elizabeth and her team for all the help , concern and wonderful stay.

Blissful Parenting was truly a blessing for new parents like me and my wife. Sister Elizabeth, the nurses, and the staff members have made our first attempt at parenthood a smooth, joyful one. They became like our family, with whom we can discuss any potential issues with our baby during the baby’s first month (and afterwards too) and from whom we can get the best baby-rearing tips that are based both on science and extensive, proven experience. From our discussions with Sister Elizabeth before our baby’s arrival, we knew we wanted to learn and train our parenting skills and our baby’s routine during our month-long stay. Since we wanted to be fully equipped with the right skills and knowledge and to become independent after coming home, we did not see our stay at Blissful Parenting as a post-delivery holiday. Hence, while my wife had the options to rest completely and put our baby in the nursery under the care of the staff (like most of maternity centers), she insisted to spend time with and care for our baby whenever she had the strength to do so. Sister Elizabeth coached her to do proper breastfeeding technique and routine. My wife was glad to have the flexibility to breastfeed our baby or to express her milk for the nurse to feed our baby when she needed rest. We were very pleased to see how our baby was trained to follow proper routine that fits our normal day-to-day schedule. Our baby was trained to feed from breast and bottle, to sleep for long stretch at night (which now gives us quality sleep at night), to sleep separately in her cot, and to feed in regular intervals. Altogether, the training allowed us to easily adjust into our new roles as working parents. The staff and nurses also monitored our baby closely during our stay. They informed us about the development milestone of our baby, and whatever issues that our baby might have. We were glad to hear about these because we then could refer to our pediatrician and take early intervention before the issues worsened. Turned out many parents also consulted Sister Elizabeth on issues relating to breastfeeding and child habit, as recommended by their ob-gyns and pediatricians from top KL hospitals (and via word-of-mouth), so we knew we were getting help from the expert. Other than the primary care provided by the staff, the centre -tucked in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood within Bangsar- feels very homey instead of clinic-like. Healthy and fresh confinement meals, check (any style can be catered to by its expert cook!). Relaxing post-natal massages, check. Spacious rooms and common areas, check. There is also a swimming pool for the dads who are staying there. Despite all its advantages and its personalised approach, its pricing is actually comparable to the big centres. My wife and I think that staying at Blissful Parenting is an excellent investment for our family, long into the future.

As a first-time parent, I had many doubts and fears regarding childbirth and breastfeeding. Thanks to Elizabeth's help, her advice and support, I feel much more confident and ready! Before and after childbirth, you can count on her at any time! Elizabeth is known as the ‘baby whisperer’... but I would say she is also a "mommy whisperer"! not only she is an International Accredited Lactation Consultant, but also a sleeping coach and she has 20+years experience as a midwife! I definitely recommend to all mothers to contact her at Blissful Parenting Confinement Centre for any type of concern! she will know what to do, or she will advise you accordingly. True to the name, “Blissful” it was. The first thing that struck and eventually has stuck throughout is, this is not a confinement Center, it is a complete parental experience Center. Every single aspect of parenting is carefully introduced to the parents and the babies are definitely taught how to adapt to their new world of life. Sister Elizabeth and her team are so committed to delivering the best teachings and learnings to the parents. We went there with bitter experiences from another confinement Center and also a very non-decisive paediatric suggestion/advice list. Sister Elizabeth, gently told us, give me 2 weeks time and I will figure out the problem and then provide a solution which can help sort the misguided practices we had put our 1 month daughter into. Oh my, she not only gave solutions, but also ensured that she went above and beyond to keep consulting and reviewing the growth of our daughter . She still continues to be our best support available to bring our little one up to the best parental care we could give her. Thank you sis Eli and team!

Where do I start? As first time parents, my husband and I were pretty clueless about parenting and not having family with us due to covid, added to it. After our miserable experience at another confinement center, we decided to go to Blissful Parenting, and it sure was the best decision we have made. From not being able to breastfeed to exclusively breastfeeding, sister Elizabeth has done her magic! She has definitely taken utmost interest in ensuring that our little one learns how to breastfeed and constantly encouraging us to believe that we can do it. She also sleep trained our baby girl, which has been a blessing. The place felt so homely and is neatly maintained, with the best customized food we could have asked for! Thank you Sis Eli and team for ensuring that our parenting journey is blissful! :)

As a first time parent, I was naturally nervous about what came ahead of taking care of our baby. Thank God that my wife and I found sister Elizabeth and her blissful parenting center! As a confinement center, sister Eli and her team of well trainee nurses took great care of my wife and my newborn daughter. Food was great, lots of fresh air and most importantly they would teach both parents about caring for our newborn. I would highly recommend this center because after a month in here, you would walk out with more confidence in taking care of your baby!
