★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad product knowledge. Nak daftar Celcom Home Wireless pun kena ada credit card bagai. Padahal dah obvious dalam T&C takde syarat macam tu. Mohon lepas ni staff betul2 study pasal produk dan ambil kira pandangan customer juga.
 Bad product knowledge. Even a Celcom Home Wireless subscription will need a credit card. It is obvious in T&C that there is no such requirement. Please let the staff thoroughly study the product and take into account the customer's perspective as well.
