★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah seorang customer service ambil order saya melalui whatsapp, kemudian barang yang sampai tak cukup kuantiti dalam 2pcs semua nya plus size dan 1size minta 6xl, dia bagi 5xl. Bila inform dia, dia bertegas kata dia dah check.
Tak kan customer saja-saja cakap tak cukup sebab tarikh dah dekat. Malas nak banyak cerita kita order semula yang tak cukup. Berbuih bagi tau material dan saiz nya... bila despatch ambil dan pos kepada saya dan sampai. SALAH KAIN, saya call semula dia marah kita balik dia kata salah despatch sebab tak check dan terus letak. Despatch tu hanya ambil kan dan pos ke skynet. Nak minta dia pos kan atau arrange pos memang sebulan duk situ tak update.
 One of the customer service took my order through whatsapp, then the item was not enough quantity in 2pcs all plus size and 1size asked for 6xl, he gave 5xl. When she informs him, he insists he already checked.
Customers can't just say it's not enough because the date is near. Too bad we have too many stories to reorder. It's good to know its material and its size ... when despatch picks up and posts to me and arrives. WRONG, I call him angry again and again he says he despised for not checking and staying put. The despatch just grabs and posts to the skynet. Asking him for a post or arrange a post for a month didn't update.
