★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor delivery service. Was surprised when appointment was made a week earlier did not make it to their delivery list. Had to make multiple calls to confirm its really arranged. On actual delivery day informed customer estimated time but repeatedly push out from noon time to late evening, that is after repeatedly calls to remind. BM make no effort to inform customer on delivery delays. A disastrous experience dealing with BM premium outlet. Extreme disappointment.
