โ โ โ โ โ The checking is good,but the Dr would not be there all the time even you have an appointment,the clinic staff will have to call the Dr and we have to wait.
Bad on punctuality.
All the time doctor come in late.
Saturday open at 9am but will come after 10am..

โ โ โ โ โ Dr does not look patient in the face at all. It felt awkward, impersonal. And Dr does not gladly give information. He answers rather briefly to my many questions.
To accertain fetal death, abdominal scan, vaginal scan then cervix dilation check was done in that order. A second opinion later made me realise that vaginal scan(most pricey) was unnecessary. As most private clinics, profit first.
At the cashier, on a piece of scrap paper is written some numbers and verbally informed what each was for. Surprised there was a lab test since we didn't ask for one.
No receipt. Nurse says it's not their usual practice to write receipts. Wonder...

โ โ โ โ โ Went to consult regarding abdominal discomfort and left with emotional discomfort. The cost was also double the fee I pay of visiting a well-known private hospital in penang island. Worst ob-gyn visit I ever had and will be probably be scarred for life.

โ โ โ โ โ The services that I receive from the clinic is excellent. I would say that it was warm experience from start to finish. Dr. Koay and the staff are friendly & at the same time helpful and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to family and friends.

โ โ โ โ โ We actually prefer to come to this clinic compared to hospital because is less crowded and doctor are able to attend to our questions and provide great care during pregnancy check up. Currently taking my baby son to visit every month for immunization and doctor is very friendly with baby/kids.
Highly recommended!
