Edit 11/04: I need to add something and also reduce the stars because after the today I opened the engine bonnet and found the engine dirty with whitish residues and stains that seems not come off. I didn't expect that that's why didn't open and check at the time of taking possession, I guess it's my fault for not checking then and there but nevertheless they should at least make an effort to clean the engine compartment after servicing. I hope next time they would be more professional in their approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My BMW E60 car broke down due to water pump failure. Managed to drive to BMAG Garage just in time. They quickly assisted me eventhough there was a lot of other cars inside their workshop. The guy who assisted me was very nice, sincere and swift. Once tearing down the front cover, he showed to me that my water pump was broken, the beltings were torn, while the pulleys was also damaged. All those items were in stock and can be fixed within 3 hours. I agreed to it and sure enough, after just 2.5 hours my car was ready and I happily drove back home. Thanks BMAG Garage, will definitely recommend you guys to other bmw owners.
