★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is terrible, the food was not given on first come first serve basis.. and the portion is extremely tiny, the chicken is literally just a snall dot in the bowl. Have been to other better boat noodles outlet. and service is extremely slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service and the boat noodle is not tasty. The staff aren't friendly at all. We had to ask for our drinks (sebab dah tercekik) and the drinks came without straw or lid for our table only. Definitely will not come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is not good. Pad Thai they served its like maggi goreng. The smaller bowls are really small portion like 2 mouths full can finish. They need to get better workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. By the main entrance, is the table top where cashier is located and that is also where they prepare food. It is so messy and dirty. It doesnt look welcoming at all. It smells bad too. Not to mention, the floor INSIDE was slippery.
2. I was trying to redeem voucher from shopee. The foreigner staff didnt know how. So he asked his manager, who turned out to be foreigner too. It just caught me by surprise because i thought the manager would be a malaysian. Anyway, i had to stand there while the manager read the whole terms and conditions. Maybe I was the first customer to redeem the voucher.
3. Service was slow despite having only a few customers. I was there around 3.30pm on a Wednesday.
4. Last but not least, while i was paying, i could see the kitchen. The floor was flooded! With brown coloured water. And a staff is scooping the water out from the clogged drain using a jug. I almost fainted. So dirty and unhygienic. I hope the jug is not used for drinks later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accompanied with colleagues, otherwise I won’t step in again since my bad experience in Sunway Velocity branch 2 years ago.
Okay, let’s start my review.
1) The waiter not friendly and no smile at all like we owe him money. Asked him for spoon and order also no answering like a dumb.
2) I was requesting one drink with NO STRAW & NO ICE (I learned to be zero waste). But they are ignored my request, and all drink come in the same.
3) Noodles is cold, which we prefer in hot version, at least warm.
4) Noodles are not a wow. But the Steam Bun is delicious for my liking and the Grilled Chicken is thumbs up.
Overall, 1 stars given just for the kaya bun and chicken. Others ??.
I wont return again since their service still the same bad like 2 years back.
